I’m going to be spending the last days of summer vacation with a road trip in New England with my extended family. I may or may not be able to stay online.  I’ll be visiting Massachusetts, Maine and Vermont.

Summer School

I haven’t been active lately on because I’ve been doing a useless but required course online. The exam is at the end of this week, and I’ll have a week of free time until I go on a road trip in New England. My uncle’s going to get me a data plan for the trip just for the sake of tethering his laptop, so I’ll still be connected to the outside world… albeit in the middle of nowhere.

Other news… I’ve been reading my eyes off in the time I have left: “The case for god” by Karen Armstrong, “A short history of nearly everything” by Bill Bryson, “Orange Houses” by Paul Griffin, “The Hunger Games” and “Catching Fire” by Suzanne Collins, and I’m about to start reading “Artemis Fowl: The Atlantis Complex” by Eoin Colfer (I was a fan of the series when it first came out in ’01). I’ve also been attempting to play some Galactic Civilizations, but several years of not playing can take a while to get used to. I can’t stop making other civs despise me! :\

Once school comes around I plan to try and help out the Puzzlebox Brainstorms project as much as I can, time permitting. I’ll be looking forward to finally giving back to the Maemo community! (Although… *stares at MeeGo*) Ah well. The project is meant to be portable anyways.

And something completely random: I’ve been hangup called by someone under a Namibian phone number several times, which was pretty annoying.

(I’m giving blogging a try to sort of document what I’ve been up to. A manly diary of sorts. 😛 )
